How does member billing work?

Directors can pay for the full band annually, or let individual members cover their own subscription fee during onboarding.

What ensembles should use Staccato?

Staccato is built for any group of musicians that relies on shared sheet music, and consistent communication.

Is the SMS feature available worldwide?

Premium SMS features currently support the US, Canada, and the UK, with more regions on the way.

How will SMS communication be used?

Staccato may send opted-in users non-marketing SMS messages related to their Staccato account and ensemble participation. Messages may include onboarding confirmations, schedule updates, rehearsal or event reminders, call-time or location changes, roster or section updates, service notifications, and operational announcements from verified ensemble staff. Staccato SMS messages are not used for marketing, fundraising, recruiting, financial offers, or promotional content.

Message frequency varies by ensemble activity, up to 250 messages per recipient per calendar year. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
